Senior Platform Product Designer specializing in complex education SaaS platforms and system-level UX.

I design structured education SaaS platforms that turn operational complexity into measurable results, supporting platforms serving 150,000+ students nationwide.

My Working Process

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines.

    Map the System

Before pushing pixels, I dig into the "how" and "why." I map out the object models and logic to make sure we’re building on a solid foundation that can actually scale.

    Collaborate by Doing

I believe the best work happens when design and engineering speak the same language. I stay grounded in the craft, sharing early ideas and iterating out in the open to keep everyone aligned.

    Bridge the Gaps

Products don't live in a vacuum. I design for the messy reality of how different users interact, ensuring that physical workflows and digital tools talk to each other without friction.

    Deliver with Intent

I don't just hand off screens; I ship functional systems. I stay involved through the final build to ensure the structural decisions we made at the start are reflected in the final experience.

Before that,

I spent nearly nine years as a Visual Designer at BrightBytes, shaping the design and evolution of eight education SaaS products used by districts and state partners nationwide. Alongside that work, I partnered with brands like If Only and Dolls Kill, helping small businesses clarify and strengthen their visual identity.

I earned a BS in Visual Communications from San Francisco State University’s Design & Industry program in 2012, where I built a foundation in visual systems, structure, and craft.

I’ve also volunteered with Catchafire, providing pro-bono design support to nonprofits — work that continues to shape how I think about impact.
